Tier Rating ▼
A tier must be set before a Week 1 schedule can be suggested. Tier 1 = needs mentor. Tier 2 = some experience, lighter-touch mentor. Tier 3 = independent, no mentor assigned.
Week 1 Schedule ▼
Day 1 is the same for every hire regardless of tier: Monday.com setup (James creates, manager/mentor walks through) and the GMG process walkthrough — non-negotiable before touching a file. Suggest Schedule builds the rest of the week based on tier and the candidate's flagged systems gaps. Product knowledge gaps are addressed organically as relevant files come up, not crammed into Week 1. Do not overlap with corporate training schedule.

Mentor Assignment ▼
Tier 1 (needs mentor): primary mentor 50 BPS, mentor structures the deal and drives outcomes. Tier 2 (some experience): mentor 25 BPS, reviews and corrects rather than drives. Tier 3 (independent): no mentor assigned. Graduation (Tier 1/2) = permanent +25 BPS per file, mentor override ends.
